- Responsible for the day-to-day operations and delivery of operational metrics and client KPIs including daily service level, customer experience, sales numbers, etc.
- Maintain positive relationships with customers by proactively engaging with them in line with their expectations.
- Analyze performance stats to determine the appropriate action to meet goals and identify areas of improvement.
- Motivate and effectively performance-manage the teams to ensure overall targets and business plan delivery.
- Ensure quality standards, data security, and company policy compliance are maintained.
- Reports directly to the Service Delivery Manager
- Experience in managing both Inbound and Outbound Campaigns.
- Strong Sales Background is an advantage.
- Strong leadership, management, and motivational skills
- Excellent Analytical Skills and detail-oriented.
- Excellent leadership, people management, communication, and influencing skills.
- Ability to translate business strategy into day to day delivery.
