The Senior Buyer will support the category manager by contributing to the category sourcing strategies and ensuring alignment with Jollibee Foods Corporation's (JFC) procurement policies and procedures. This includes:
  • Identify stakeholder requirements and execute category plans to meet business objectives.
  • Optimize the supply base by leveraging market insights, conducting thorough analyses, and applying findings to drive value.
  • Manage the entire supplier lifecycle, including accreditation, onboarding, performance evaluation, and phase-out processes.
  • Ensure local sourcing practices and processes are fully aligned with overall procurement policies.
  • Collaborate with the procurement leadership team to recommend and implement process improvements, ensuring effective on-site execution and compliance.
  • Partner closely with Global Procurement teams and internal stakeholders to support organizational goals.
Job Qualifications
  • Must be a graduate of Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in any relevant field.
  • Must have at least three (3) years of professional category management experience in IT or an indirect category.
  • Demonstrated success in supporting a multi-disciplinary team in a project-led environment.
  • Procurement and supply chain affiliations and/or certifications is an advantage.
  • Amenable to work in Ortigas, Pasig (Hybrid Work Setup).
