Job Title: Leader Business AnalystExperience: 8–10 yearsJob Locations: Manila, PhilippinesOracle EPM Consultant will be responsible for the design, implementation, configuration, optimization, and support of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. This role involves working closely with finance, accounting, and IT stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into effective EPM solutions, and enhance organizational decision-making through improved financial processes and data insights.Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirements Gathering & Analysis:
  • Conduct workshops and interviews with finance and business users to gather and document detailed business requirements for planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, reporting, and profitability analysis.
  • Analyze existing "as-is" financial processes and propose "to-be" optimized processes utilizing Oracle EPM best practices.
  • Solution Design & Configuration:
  • Design and configure Oracle EPM Cloud modules (e.g., EPBCS/PBCS for Planning & Budgeting, FCCS for Financial Consolidation and Close, PCMCS for Profitability and Cost Management, EDMCS for Enterprise Data Management, ARCS for Account Reconciliation, Narrative Reporting).
  • Develop and implement complex business rules, calculation scripts (e.g., Groovy, MDX, Essbase calculation scripts), and data integration routines.
  • Design and build metadata structures, dimensions, hierarchies, forms, task lists, dashboards, and reports using tools like Smart View, Financial Reporting (FR), and EPM Cloud dashboards.
  • Data Integration & Management:
  • Design and implement data integration solutions between Oracle EPM and source systems (e.g., Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle EBS, SAP, other legacy systems) using tools such as Data Management (FDMEE), EPM Integration Agent, and EPM Automate.
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all EPM applications.
  • Testing & Quality Assurance:
  • Develop test plans and conduct comprehensive unit, system integration (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business requirements and are fully functional.
  • Identify and resolve defects and performance issues.
  • User Training & Support:
  • Develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions for various EPM modules.
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot system issues, and assist users with ongoing maintenance and enhancements.
  • Project Management & Documentation:
  • Participate in project planning, adhere to timelines, and manage deliverables across various project phases (requirements, design, build, test, deploy).
  • Prepare comprehensive functional and technical design documents, test scripts, and user manuals.
  • Proactively identify and communicate project risks and issues to project leadership.
  • Continuous Improvement:
  • Stay current with Oracle EPM product updates, new features, and industry best practices.
  • Recommend and implement enhancements to existing EPM solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle EPM solutions (Cloud EPM preferred, but strong Hyperion (HFM, Planning, Essbase, FDMEE) experience is valuable).
