- Lead Oracle EPM projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Gather and analyze client requirements, and translate them into EPM solutions.
- Develop functional design documents and provide oversight for configurations.
- Lead and participate in Oracle EPM implementations, providing expertise across EPM moules including Planning and Budgeting, Financial Consolidation, Account Reconciliation, Profitability and Cost Management, and Enterprise Data Management.
- Manage project teams and coordinate efforts between functional and technical resources.
- Provide post-implementation support, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Conduct user training sessions and develop training materials.
- Collaborate with the presales team to deliver business development solutions, including effort estimation.
- Maintain strong client relationships to understand and address their ongoing needs.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 8 to 10 years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM.
- At least 3 full lifecycle Oracle EPM implementations.
- Proven experience in business development and presales activities.
- Excellent project management skills.
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
