SME - CSR Emergency Dispatch LOB

• Bachelor’s degree graduate

• Candidates with at least 2+ years of voice experience in customer support doing outbound and inbound calls

• Previous experience in emergency call handling, preferably in a 911 dispatch or similar crisis response setting

• Strong ability to manage high-stress interactions with composure and clarity

• Ability to perform in adverse and complex situations

• Able to demonstrate excellent and adaptive responses when interacting with stakeholders (empathetic and can match customer pace)

• Good comprehension and listening skills

• Must have good communication skills-C1 Versant
