Bachelor’s degree graduate

Candidates with at least 2+ years of voice experience in customer support doing outbound and inbound calls

Previous experience in emergency call handling, preferably in a 911 dispatch or similar crisis response setting

Strong ability to manage high-stress interactions with composure and clarity

Ability to perform in adverse and complex situations

Able to demonstrate excellent and adaptive responses when interacting with stakeholders (empathetic and can match customer pace)

Good comprehension and listening skills

Must have good communication skills-C1 Versant
