Search: PhilippinesAbout the Role:We are looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Virtual Assistant to support our business operations. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with modern productivity tools. You will play a key role in managing daily administrative tasks, scheduling, and keeping projects running smoothly.Role Responsibilities:
- Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling using Google Workspace, Zoom, Google Meet, and Calendly.
- Organize and maintain files and documents on Google Drive (and Dropbox if required).
- Create, update, and track projects in Monday.com to ensure deadlines are met.
- Provide general administrative support, including preparing documents, handling follow-ups, and supporting daily operations.
- Assist with light design and content creation tasks using Canva.
- Communicate effectively through Slack and maintain clear documentation of tasks.
- Has at least 2+ years of previous experience as a Virtual Assistant or in an administrative role.
- Proficiency with tools such as Monday.com, Google Workspace, Slack, and Canva.
- Takes ownership; Self-starter; Independent; resourceful, someone who does not need much guidance
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to manage time effectively in a remote environment.
