Prior experience in HR support, recruitment, or administrative roles is an advantage.

Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Hiring Support
Post job vacancies on multiple platforms including job boards, company website, and social media.
Review and screen incoming resumes/applications to identify suitable candidates.
Schedule interviews by coordinating calendars between candidates and hiring managers.
Communicate regularly with candidates regarding interview updates, next steps, and status feedback.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Assist in conducting reference checks and collecting candidate documentation as needed.Onboarding & Employee Records Management
Prepare new hire documentation including offer letters, contracts, and onboarding packets.
Coordinate new employee orientation sessions and ensure completion of necessary training.
Support the HR Manager in maintaining employee records related to employment status, leaves, and performance evaluations.HR Administration & Compliance
Assist with the administration of employee benefits enrollment and changes.
Track employee attendance, leave requests, and absenteeism records.
Help prepare HR reports related to recruitment, turnover, and other key metrics.
Ensure HR policies and procedures are followed in day-to-day activities.
Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws and internal policies.Employee Engagement & Communication
Support the planning and execution of employee engagement events and initiatives.
Assist in communicating HR policies, updates, and announcements to staff.
Help coordinate training sessions, workshops, and development programs.General Support & Ad Hoc Tasks
Provide administrative assistance to the HR Manager on special projects or daily tasks.
Handle correspondence and respond to routine HR inquiries from employees.
Assist in the preparation of presentations, documents, and reports for HR meetings.
