- Merchandising - Ensure that all costs are considered. Align with Trade Marketing Group if there's any changes in rate, head count of Merchandisers. Prepare variance analysis and discuss with Finance Supervisor ang Manager. Highlight possible impact of an increase or decrease in Merchandising Cost if any.
- Prepares Interco reconciliation and consolidates resolution of outstanding issues.
- Coordinate with ProSync the long outstanding payable with counterparties that were not yet paid.
- Perform regular reconciliation of Interco balances by comparing SAP balances vs counterparties SOA.
- Schedule discussion with counterparties highlight identified issues such as unapplied collection/payment, returned billings, long outstanding accruals without actual billings, etc.
- Ensure balances are acknowledged & signed.
- Merchandising - Gather all the details needed and align with Trade Marketing Group if there's any changes in rate, head count of Merchandisers. Prepare variance analysis and discuss with Finance Supervisor ang Manager. Highlight possible impact of an increase or decrease in Merchandising Cost if any.
- Finance Services and Funds Management
- Ensure timely closing of books of accounts every 8th of the month.
- Prepares monthly SIP (Sales Incentive Program) and SPS (Sales Performance Scorecard).
- Validate and summarize details provided by Sales Team
- Compute for average SIP if there's any movement in the organization and seek approval of Finance Manager, Finance Supervisor Area/Region Sales Manager and Selling Systems Manager.
- Ensure that all released resolutions were captured completely before routing for approval.
- Update and submit SIP monitoring file monthly based on actual performance.
- Prepares withholding, monthly input and output tax schedule and submit to Tax Group on or before 12th of the following month. Prepares tax reconciliation on Tax related GL accounts for Funds Reporting.
