Description: The financial analyst/s is expected to support the team in completing engagements/transactions. The work is diverse, varied, and will involve: - Preparing complex financial models - Valuing companies and intangible assets - Providing support in Mergers and Acquisition transactions - Analyzing financial statements of companies - Develop industry studies and analysis - Conducting financial/commercial due diligence reviews - Supporting international outsourcing engagements and - Assisting in pitching, selling, marketing initiatives of the company Duties and Responsibilities: Qualifications: We are looking for full time Corporate Finance Analyst/s, who can be a fresh graduate up to a senior associate, interested in building a career in helping companies with their corporate finance and transaction related needs. - College graduates with degrees in Accounting, Finance, Management Engineering, Business Administration, or similar, with 0-2 years working experience - Experienced Corporate Finance professionals with 2-4 years working experience will also be considered - CPA and/or CFA candidates are a plus - Strong project management skills and ability to execute projects on a timely manner with minimal supervision - Strong analytic, strategic and presentation skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office, specially Microsoft Excel - Financial modelling preparation skills - Recognized team player and leader - Positive attitude and congenial personality.
