We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Support Specialist to join our company, This role is ideal for someone with a background in marketing support, who is comfortable learning new platforms and can efficiently coordinate with multiple stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with team to understand and transition current tasks and ongoing projects.
- Provide day-to-day marketing support, ensuring smooth execution of marketing activities.
- Manage and operate Fetch and various bear printing platform types.
- Assist with title and real estate-related marketing tasks (industry expertise not required, but familiarity is a plus).
- Support the marketing team with administrative duties, campaign coordination, and communication with vendors and clients.
- Maintain organized records and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
- Previous experience in marketing support or a related administrative role.
- Familiarity with Fetch and bear printing platforms is highly desirable.
- Understanding of the title and real estate industry preferred, but not required.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to quickly learn new tools and processes.
- Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to work independently.
