We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Senior Property Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in financial management and accounting principles, with specific experience in the property management sector. This role is critical for maintaining accurate records, ensuring compliance with US GAAP, and delivering financial insights that support strategic business decisions. Key Responsibilities Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in accordance with US GAAP Perform bank, balance sheet, and account reconciliations to ensure data integrity Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial reports, including income statements and cash flow statements Prepare and complete CAM reconciliations and estimates Collaborate with Property Managers to produce accurate final budgets Manage monthly and quarterly tax filings, including Department of Revenue (DOR) compliance Process and manage credit card billbacks and other reimbursable transactions Ensure compliance with governmental accounting regulations, where applicable Provide budgeting support and financial performance insights to property management teams Analyze financial data to support corporate finance initiatives and identify trends Maintain clear, organized documentation and financial workpapers Utilize advanced Excel skills for data management and analysis Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred) Proven experience in property or real estate accounting Familiarity with governmental accounting practices is a plus Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting processes Experience with Yardi accounting software is preferred Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Willingness to work onsite and on a fixed night shift (11:00 PM - 8:00 AM PH time) Why Join Us Competitive salary & benefits package Collaborative and supportive team culture Opportunities for professional growth Global exposure through partnerships with international clients Apply Now and bring your real estate accounting expertise to a dynamic and growing team!
