- Draft and publish short-form text posts, memes, and carousels in the founder’s voice
- Adapt voice memos, interview clips, and insights into sharp content for LinkedIn/X
- Repurpose newsletter snippets into engaging short-form posts
- Edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks) that feels native to the platform
- Create on-brand visuals, quote cards, and carousels using Figma or Canva
- Collaborate with the founder on content concepts, hooks, and experiments
- Work with minimalist, modern design references; must have strong taste
- Track reach, engagement, and follower growth
- Suggest weekly improvements based on what’s working
- Stay on top of creator economy trends, LinkedIn growth strategies, and startup memes
- Fluent in English and American internet/startup culture (terminology, tone, memes)
- 2+ years experience in content creation, social media, or founder-led brand building
- Strong copywriting instincts and can match voice/tone across multiple post types
- Comfortable in tools like Figma, Canva, CapCut, or similar
- Excellent at independent execution and fast turnarounds
- Bonus: Interest in news, tech, startups, or entrepreneurship
- Bonus: You’ve built or ghostwritten for a personal brand before
- ✅ A 1–2 minute Loom video introducing yourself and your experience with founder-led content
- ✅ A portfolio that includes:
- Examples of copywriting or social media posts you’ve created (especially LinkedIn/X/Instagram)
- At least 2–3 short-form videos (Reels, TikToks, or YouTube Shorts) you’ve edited or produced
- Video Introduction - Record an video introduction to showcase your communication skills and work experience
- Role-Specific Assessment - Complete a homework assignment tailored to the position (if applicable)
- Recruitment Interview - Initial screening with our talent team
- Executive Interview - Meet with senior leadership to discuss role alignment
- Client Interview - Final interview with the client team you'd be supporting
