Remove impediments and coach teams in agile best practice to maintain velocity * Stakeholder CommunicationPresent clear, jargon-free updates to executives and clients
Maintain an up-to-date record of scope, risks and key decisions * Project ManagementPlan, budget and resource multiple concurrent work-streams
Apply rigorous change control and ensure SLA compliance * Commercial OversightOwn delivery P&L: monitor margin, burn-rate and revenue recognition
Maintain accurate forecast-to-complete data for every engagementRequirements
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM) with 3–5 years’ experience guiding agile teams
- Formal project-management accreditation (Prince2, PMP or equivalent)
- Demonstrable commercial acumen and familiarity with revenue recognition principles
- Proficient with PSA/PM and agile tooling (e.g. ConnectWise Manage, Jira, Azure DevOps)
- Confident communicator equally at ease with developers and C-suite stakeholders
- Dayshift, weekends off
