- Lead Agile Transformation - Drive the transition from Waterfall to Agile methodologies across the organization.
- Stakeholder Management - Manage and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Project Experience Enhancement - Focus on providing a Super Green project experience by implementing best practices and continuous improvement strategies.
- Team Leadership - Mentor and coach teams in Agile practices, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Process Improvement - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Performance Monitoring - Track and report on project progress, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Proven experience leading Agile transformations and transitioning from Waterfall to Agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to provide a better project experience through effective leadership and process improvements.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, PMI-ACP) are a plus.
