Take responsibility for all Shangri-la Circle members and VIP guests
Ensure all guests enjoy the best possible hotel experience
Provide help and assistance to all guests
Engage with guests and enhance their overall experience with the hotel
Create an exceptional and memorable experience for all guests
REQUIREMENTS:
Preferably a college graduate with a degree in Hospitality or in the same capacity
Preferably has relevant experience with an international 5* hotel or Serviced Apartments
Preferably communicates and writes with fluency in English (as well as the local language)
