Provide a personalised guest service
Create a memorable experience for the guests in the Horizon Club
Maintain the high standards of service in the Horizon Club
Assist with any issues or problems
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Peferably a college graduate with a degree in Hospitality or in the same capacity
Preferably with 3 years relevant experience
Preferably communicates and write with fluency in English (and local language)
