About the Role We are looking for a Mid-Level UI UX Designer with a strong foundation in visual design and a keen interest in design systems. In this role, you'll help evolve and scale the company's design system across multiple digital platforms. You'll work closely with senior designers, developers, and product managers to ensure a consistent and efficient design experience across all user touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Assist in maintaining and growing our internal design system across products and platforms Design reusable components and UI patterns with a focus on scalability, accessibility, and responsive design Document design guidelines and contribute to internal libraries such as Figma and Storybook Collaborate with developers and product teams to ensure consistency in design implementation Participate in design critiques, user testing, and team planning sessions Apply critical thinking to solve design problems at both component and system levels Learn from feedback and actively seek mentorship from senior designers Qualifications Required Skills: 2-5 years of experience in UX/UI or interaction design Strong portfolio showcasing design system or UI component work (personal, academic, or professional) Proficient in Figma Solid understanding of component-based design and responsive UI principles Strong visual design skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to explain complex design concepts clearly to peers and stakeholders Curious mindset and openness to feedback and iteration Preferred Skills (Nice to Have): Experience contributing to a design system or style guide Familiarity with front-end development principles (HTML/CSS, React components) Awareness of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) Show more Show less
