We are looking for a results-driven Senior Business Development Specialist to lead client acquisition efforts and establish long-term partnerships with employers, HR decision-makers, and institutional partners. The ideal candidate has a strong background in B2B financial services, particularly lending or credit products, and understands the value proposition of workplace financial benefits. Key Responsibilities: Identify and secure strategic partnerships with employers, HR software platforms, and payroll providers. Promote salary loan offerings as part of employee benefit programs to CHROs, HR managers, and procurement officers. Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads to meet growth targets. Develop custom proposals, pricing structures, and partnership models for corporate clients. Negotiate and close partnership agreements, including SLAs and integration timelines. Work closely with product and risk teams to ensure solutions meet employer and employee needs. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments in the consumer lending space. Represent the company at B2B networking events, HR expos, and financial wellness forums. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus. 5-8+ years in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships in financial services, lending, or fintech. Experience selling salary loans, employee benefits, or HR/payroll-integrated products is strongly preferred. Deep understanding of credit risk, payroll systems, and B2B onboarding. Demonstrated ability to build C-level relationships and close long-cycle deals. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, Pipedrive). Preferred Skills: Network within HR/benefits or payroll/payments industry.
