- Prepare and format documents and presentations.
- Maintain organized systems, files, and records.
- Coordinate meetings, bookings, and team logistics.
- Support daily administrative tasks across the business.
- Track tasks and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Assist with internal communication and coordination.
- 2+ years experience in an administrative, office support, or coordination role.
- Experience managing multiple priorities or stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Experience using Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience supporting consultants or small teams.
- Experience working in remote environments.

Work Details
- Work Setup: 100% Remote (Work from Home).
- Schedule: Monday to Friday | Day-shift (AWST).
