- Enables excellence in digital analytics and measurement by ensuring effectiveness and efficiencies in digital marketing campaigns:
- Provides inputs to the media plans in the context of creating linkages and maximizing performance across all owned digital assets
- Monitors and analyzes post-campaign reports sent by media agencies
- Participates in quarterly media reviews
- Takes the lead for action steps on performance metrics and ecosystem of all digital assets
- Provides inputs to the brand on content creation:
- Understands Influencer strategies and provides inputs to agency proposals and recommendations
- Knows how to test and evaluate influencer campaigns directly or together with an agency partner (reviewing influencer reco, checking digital footprints, reputation, and talent fees)
- Inputs of KPI setting and post campaign evaluations
- Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Media, Communications, Marketing, Business
- Must have at least 7-10 years of relevant work experience
- Proficient in digital marketing platforms, tools, and trends
- Demonstrates both strategic thinking and creative excellence in campaign development and execution
- Strong collaboration skills with ability to work effectively with internal teams and external partners
