About the role We are looking for a talented Master Data Specialist to join our dynamic team at Styrotech Corporation. In this full-time position based in Meycauayan City Bulacan, you will be responsible for the creation, maintenance and governance of master data across the organization. What you&aposll be doing Create, update, validate and manage master data records in ERP systems (i.e. SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). Ensure data quality, integrity, and consistency across multiple systems and departments. Coordinate with stakeholders (i.e. procurement, finance, sales, operations) to gather and validate data requirements. Perform data cleansing, deduplication, and enrichment as needed. Monitor and enforce data governance and policies, standards and procedures. Support business process improvement initiatives by ensuring data readiness and accuracy. Generate reports and dashboards to track data quality and completeness metrics. Assist in system implementation, migrations, and integrations involving master data. Troubleshoot data-related issues and work closely with IT and business users to resolve discrepancies. Maintain thorough documentation of master data processes and workflows What we&aposre looking for Bachelor&aposs degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Management, Supply Chain or a related field At least two (2) years of experience in master data management, data administration, or ERP support. Proficient in data modelling, data cleansing, and data migration techniques. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with an attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Familiarity with data management software and tools. Experience in the manufacturing, transport, or logistics industry is preferred.
