The Data Operations Specialist is responsible for gathering data and updating reports in a timely and accurate manner to assist business users in decision-making. This role ensures that existing reports are operational and may require interpreting and providing meaningful analysis to support business decisions. Generate, collate, and update reports, providing meaningful analysis to drive business decisions. Ensure data accuracy and report timeliness. Update and troubleshoot PowerBI reports to ensure they are refreshed on time. Document Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Quick Reference Guides (QRGs) for report creation. Perform additional tasks as assigned in relation to developmental plans. What will make you successful... Graduates in Business, Accounting, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related fields Minimum of 1 year of experience in Data Analytics, Reporting, or related fields. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel and PowerPoint. Familiarity with database and ERP systems like SAP and Oracle. Experience with reporting tools and methodologies, preferably PowerBI. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a high-volume, analytical, and multi-cultural corporate setting. Leadership and decision-making abilities with a focus on continuous improvement
