- Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates for interviews.
- Coordinate communication between candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare recruitment reports and maintain applicant tracking systems.
- Support the execution of employer branding initiatives and career events.
- Facilitate onboarding logistics such as welcome kits, IT requests, access cards, and orientation schedules.
- Ensure new hire requirements (documents, contracts, etc.) are completed accurately and on time.
- Gather feedback from new hires to help improve the onboarding experience.
- Provide assistance in organizing employee events, recognition programs, and surveys.
- Support data gathering and communication related to engagement initiatives.
- Help manage feedback tools and monitor participation levels.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in generating HR reports and tracking key metrics.
- Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures.
- Help coordinate training sessions, prepare materials, and gather feedback.
- Assist in tracking training attendance and post-training evaluations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR, preferably with exposure to recruitment
- Strong coordination and administrative skills with a keen eye for detail
- Effective communication skills and a friendly, service-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office, presentation tools, AI tools
- Proactive and resourceful with a “can-do” attitude.
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented.
