Leads continuous improvement events and trainings.
Assist and execute CORE implementation
Analyze and determine best layout and process flow for maximizing processes within the manufacturing.
Eliminate waste in manufacturing and business processes.
Organize and conduct observation and analysis of personnel and work procedures and determine motion and time requirements within specific job duties.
Assist with developing and improving manufacturing methods, tooling, assembly methods, and quality control standards in an effort to improve productivity and reduce cost structure.
Find and analyze cost saving projects.
Using CORE tools to track and improve turn backs.

Qualifications:

Preferably Industrial Engineering graduate or related course
Excellent quantitative analysis skills
Excellent background in Lean Methodology and Six Sigma DMAIC Methodology
Proficient presentation skills
Ability to work in a self directed manner/ minimal supervision
Ability to effectively team with multiple functional organizations to reach a common objective
