We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing & Community Manager to oversee our social media presence, CRM automation, and online community engagement. This role is ideal for someone who is not only passionate about creating engaging content, but also strategic in leveraging technology to drive client acquisition, onboarding, and retention. The ideal candidate is a multi-talented digital strategist who thrives at the intersection of marketing, technology, and community building.Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management
  • Create and execute engaging content for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
  • Develop and maintain a monthly content posting schedule for review and approval.
  • Monitor all social platforms, respond to comments and messages, and foster authentic audience engagement.
  • Track and analyze social media performance, providing regular analytics reports and recommendations for content optimization.
CRM & Automation (Go High-Level)
  • Manage and optimize the Go High-Level CRM to ensure seamless lead capture, nurturing, and conversion.
  • Build and maintain automated workflows from first engagement through client onboarding and beyond.
  • Develop and implement a client retention strategy that enhances satisfaction, loyalty, and long-term engagement.
Community Management ( )
  • Manage our online community on , including posting relevant articles, videos, and course content.
  • Encourage active participation and engagement by members through discussion prompts, events, and resource sharing.
  • Moderate conversations to maintain a positive, respectful, and growth-oriented community space.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in social media management across multiple platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of Go High-Level CRM (or equivalent CRM/automation platforms).
  • Experience with online community management, ideally with or similar platforms.
  • Strong copywriting, content creation, and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with minimal supervision.
