-Manage and respond to incoming leads promptly and professionally.
-Handle direct messages (DMs) across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
-Oversee community engagement and maintain consistent interaction with potential clients.
-Use and update CRM platforms such as KVCore, Follow Up Boss, and Go High Level (preferred).
-Maintain lead databases, follow up with prospects, and ensure timely communication.
-Support social media engagement by managing inquiries and routing qualified leads.

-1-2 years of experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant (REVA) or in a similar role.
-Strong working knowledge of KVCore, Follow Up Boss, and/or Go High Level (preferred).
-Ability to manage multiple platforms and respond to messages efficiently.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
-Organized, detail-oriented, and a quick learner of new systems and processes.
-Able to work night shift (PST hours) and start immediately.
-Must have a reliable device and stable internet connection.
