
Account Manager

- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts across our AI platform portfolio
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Understand client needs and translate them into actionable project requirements
- Conduct regular check-ins and status updates with clients to ensure satisfaction and project alignment
- Support the planning and execution of client projects involving our AI platforms (Salina, Detour, Scoup, LexiBean, DownloDR)
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure project deliverables meet client expectations and timelines
- Monitor project progress and proactively identify potential risks or roadblocks
- Facilitate communication between clients and internal development teams
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling across our platform ecosystem
- Present platform capabilities and new features to existing clients
- Gather client feedback to inform product development and enhancement priorities
- Support contract renewals and negotiate scope adjustments as needed
- Assist in developing account strategies and success plans for key clients
- Analyze usage patterns and metrics across platforms to provide data-driven insights
- Prepare reports and presentations for client meetings and internal stakeholders
- Support business development efforts for new client acquisition
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in account management, project management, or client services
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday)
- Experience with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment
- Familiarity with AI/ML technologies and digital platforms
- Experience with SaaS or technology products
- Basic understanding of web technologies and APIs
- Previous experience in a startup or high-growth company environment
- Multilingual capabilities (particularly relevant for our Salina platform)
- Knowledge of legal research tools (relevant for LexiBean platform)
