Implement and manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation and client engagement to negotiating and closing deals. Assess and review performance against key metrics, gathering customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. Strategize and optimize sales processes and pitches based on data, refining approaches to improve efficiency and boost conversion rates. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in sales or a related role, typically 2-5 years. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
