Position: Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator to Managing CPA Location: Remote (U.S. Eastern Time preferred) Schedule: Full-Time, 40-50 hours/week Language: Fluent English (spoken and written) About the Role We're hiring a sharp, highly organized Executive Assistant & Operations Coordinator to support a fast-paced CPA actively acquiring other firms. This is a high-impact role-like a paralegal to an attorney-where you'll act as the CPA's right hand, managing calendars, emails, follow-ups, and internal operations with professionalism and discretion. Responsibilities: Manage the CPA's calendar, email, and daily priorities Communicate with clients, partners, and staff on behalf of the executive Track tasks, deadlines, and ensure nothing falls through the cracks Prepare documents like contracts, onboarding materials, and reports Handle confidential information with care Anticipate needs and solve problems proactively What We're Looking For Experience supporting executives, ideally in accounting, finance, or legal fields Strong written and verbal English Excellent organization, follow-through, and independent decision-making Confident, professional communication with external stakeholders Bonus if You Have: CPA firm or M&A experience Familiarity with accounting workflows Experience using tools like Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, Docusign, Dropbox, CRMs This is a long-term remote role with growth potential.
