We are looking for a self-sufficient, tech-savvy, and service-driven support professional to join our growing real estate operations team. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional technical and administrative support to real estate agents and clients through live chat, email, and phone.This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys learning independently, can manage multiple communication channels at once, and is comfortable building client-facing responses without relying solely on templates.
