About the Opportunity We are expanding our telecom network and looking for a results-driven Land Acquisition Specialist , preferably with FTK experience to lead the acquisition and permitting of critical sites. This role is perfect for candidates with strong real estate connections and established LGU relationships , who can drive results and ensure smooth project delivery. What You'll Do Identify, evaluate, and secure potential sites for telecom infrastructure. Negotiate lease terms with landowners and ensure complete contract documentation. Prepare and process permits, building strong ties with LGUs to fast-track approvals. Provide on-ground troubleshooting and support for acquisition-related challenges. Monitor site acquisition and permitting milestones to ensure timely completion. Develop realistic acquisition plans and ensure targets are consistently achieved. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree or higher. At least 5 years of experience in site acquisition, with strong exposure to real estate companies. Proven knowledge of end-to-end site acquisition and permitting processes. Familiarity with property ownership, title, and legal documentation. Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
