- Prepare and coordinate to admin and warehouse department for the status and releasing of insurance and contract for a certain project.
- Coordinate to admin and warehouse department for preparation and delivering supplies and equipment to location with new and existing projects.
- Accomplishes by selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling and disciplining employees;
- Communicating job expectation; planning, monitoring, appraising job contributions; recommending compensation actions, adhering to policies and procedures with coordination to human resource dept.
- Involve picking internal team members, as well as hiring and training external labor when necessary.
- Perform all the task necessary to keep a project on time and on budget.
- Involves keeping track for monthly supplies, daily labor logs, schedules and other unnecessary expenses that may occur.
- Maintain safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing standard and procedures, complying with legal regulations.
- Build and maintain a good relationship to all new and existing clients by visiting them regularly to get feedback and concern pro proper actions.
- Perform Regular audit and supervision to all projects to ensure a safe and secure services given to clients.
- Perform Regular Kes and Bio-augmentation orientation to all clients's retail- partnersBilling and collection :
- Responsible for the preparation of executive summary report by encoding daily KES cleaning and bio-augmentation projects.
- Weekly submission of service report to billing department for the preparation of sales invoice to be billed at the end of the month.
- Responsible for the on-time releasing of all kes cleaning and Bio-augmentation executive summary reports to billing department every 1st day of the month.
- Follow-ups new existing clients for the date of collection of all handled project every 1st week of the month once the clients recieve the billing.
