- You have at least 1 year of customer support experience across email, chat, and voice channels.
- You're confident handling bookings, managing customer concerns, and navigating multiple platforms like Gorgias, WordPress, and Google Sheets.
- You're a natural communicator with a neutral accent for phone support and a calm, professional tone in writing.
- You're the kind of person who notices the small stuff, solves problems without hand-holding, and shows up when your team needs you.
- Bonus points if you've worked with TripWorks, Peek, or even dabbled in bookkeeping before.
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email
- Deliver excellent customer experiences by solving problems efficiently and empathetically
- Manage calendars and scheduling tasks for the client
- Assist with light bookkeeping, admin, and backend tasks
- Jump in for coverage and retention shifts when needed
- Keep things organized and moving, even without direct supervision
- Customer Support: Gorgias, WordPress, TripWorks, Peek
- Productivity: Google Suite, especially Google Sheets
- Optional: Bookkeeping tools (if you've got the experience!)
