Highlight opportunities and risks in time-related aspects of bids. Incorporate robust construction methodologies and 4D planning integrations for project optimization. Project Planning and Monitoring Track project progress, identify deviations, and strategize mitigation plans with project teams. Negotiate changes to project timelines with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors. Provide advisory support on entitlement claims for delays or disruptions. Stakeholder Management Maintain regular communication with business heads and project stakeholders to anticipate client needs and mitigate project risks. Team Collaboration Communicate effectively with team members and project leaders to ensure smooth execution and resolution of issues. Key Qualifications Educational Background: Degree in Building or Civil Engineering. Experience: At least 5 years in construction planning or project management. Technical Skills: Proficient in planning software (e.g., Primavera P6, Asta PP, Tilos) and construction methodologies.
