We're looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the crucial first step of our sales process: identifying and creating new business opportunities. You will focus on researching our target markets, building prospect lists, and executing initial outreach to fill our sales pipeline with high-quality leads. This is a foundational role that directly impacts our company's growth.Key Responsibilities
- Market Research: Conduct in-depth research to identify new companies and key contacts that fit Defy IT's ideal customer profile within our target industries.
- List Building: Use various tools, databases, and online resources to build and maintain accurate prospect lists.
- Digital Outreach: Execute initial, high-volume digital outreach campaigns via email and social media to gauge interest and generate new leads.
- Lead Identification: Systematically review inbound inquiries and other data sources to find new potential leads.
- CRM Management: Accurately enter and manage all prospect data in our CRM system, HubSpot, ensuring all information is up-to-date for the sales team.
- Performance Tracking: Work to meet and exceed daily and weekly KPIs related to lead volume and data accuracy.Qualifications
- Proven experience in a lead generation, market research, or similar data-driven role.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in using online research tools and professional networks like LinkedIn for prospecting.
- Experience with CRM software, specifically HubSpot, is required.
- A self-starter who is comfortable with routine, data-intensive tasks.
