1. Financialsa. Oversee and monitors the Gross Operating Profit (GOP) of the branch to achieve its yearly target.b. Monitor the departmental expenses to control its usage and savings2. Operationsa. Ensures that all LGU requirements (such as OSH, Fire Safety, etc.) are completed and updatedb. Ensures that the food and safety hygiene from all caterers are up to SMX standardsc. Handles current and new accounts and ensure consistent increase in revenued. Creates other revenue generating ideas for the branch3. Customer Servicea. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client needs and concerns during events4. Leadershipa. Collaborate with the VP - General Manager to develop and execute operational strategies aligned with organizational goals.b. Oversees all team members and ensure their work satisfaction is up to their standards to control the retention percentage per yearc. Plans and coordinates with the team members to ensure their training requirement compliance and ensure their growth and developmentd. Coordinates with the HR department for all recognition programs to motivate employees, including agency hires for their encouragement5. Other tasksa. Supports VP - General Manager in tracking strategic initiatives, projects, and activitiesb. Prepare reports according to established formats and guidelines.c. Other duties as assigned

Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent;
Detail-oriented, flexible, organized, with good interpersonal skills, and can work under pressure;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with guests, staff, and management;
Knowledge of health, safety, and security protocols to ensure guest and staff well-being;
