The Branch Manager will be responsible for the managing the sales, service, and parts operations of the branch. He conceptualizes and develops strategies and action plans and monitors implementation of the same to ensure achievement of the profitability targets. He is also responsible in leading all employees and ensure that they are properly coached, mentored and trained, and compliant to company policies and guidelines. The Branch Manager is also responsible for ensuring that the branch and its operations follow the government regulations and company policies to minimize risks and minimize safety hazards. Job Requirements: With at least five (5) years' automotive experience in managerial capacity.
