- Work closely with the Business Manager to develop and execute brand strategies that align with category goals and overall business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, consumer insights, and sales data to refine positioning, promotional plans, and brand strategies.
- Assist in the preparation of annual business plans, including revenue targets, budget allocation, and key initiatives.
- Define and track brand performance KPIs to ensure brand growth and market competitiveness.
- Lead the development and implementation of brand campaigns, digital activations, and in-store promotions to drive awareness, conversion, and loyalty.
- Collaborate with marketing, retail, and sales teams to execute brand initiatives effectively across multiple channels.
- Ensure that all marketing materials and executions are in line with brand guidelines and LUXASIA’s standards.
- Partner with retail teams to enhance merchandising, visibility, and consumer engagement strategies
- Assist the Business Manager in monitoring brand P&L, ensuring sustainable profitability and cost efficiency.
- Analyze sales performance and inventory levels, providing recommendations on pricing, promotions, and product assortment.
- Support forecasting and demand planning in collaboration with the supply chain and commercial teams.
- Serve as the key point of contact for brand principals, ensuring alignment on brand positioning, strategy, and marketing plans.
- Work closely with distributors, retailers, and internal sales teams to optimize brand distribution and visibility.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal teams to streamline processes and ensure effective execution of brand activities.
- Provide guidance and coordination across teams, ensuring that all brand-related initiatives are well-executed.
- May take on a people management role, depending on the brand structure, to oversee junior team members or coordinator.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the team.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field within the retail, luxury beauty, or fragrance industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of brand strategy, market research, and digital marketing trends
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
