In this role, you will be supporting a team of brokers and responsible for loan processing, tracking and management tasks of home loan applications from lodgment to post settlement. Work Setup: Full-time; Regular position; Fully Remote ; Morning Shift Responsibilities: Maintaining our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems via Broker Engine Supporting the broker(s) to deliver a professional and efficient service Collecting customer information and supporting documents Preparing and lodging loan applications (eg via ApplyOnline) and uploading supporting documents Liaising with lenders, brokers and clients to manage application milestones Ensuring all deadlines for submissions and milestones are met Ordering and following-up property valuations Completing interest rate pricing requests (for new and existing clients) Assisting with approved applications through to settlement Qualifications: At least 6 years of experience as Loan processor/ broker support or a similar role Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Excellent attention to detail and time management skills Experience with software like ApplyOnline, Broker CRM systems, or similar is a plus (not essential) Excellent work ethic and who can work autonomously / remotely and within a fast paced team environment Eagerness to learn and develop within the financial services industry Show more Show less
