Clear conditions efficiently and prepare files for closing. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Coordinate with various stakeholders, including Loan Officers and Title Companies. Monitor timelines for timely loan closures. Communicate proactively with clients for a top-notch experience. Stay updated on guidelines and regulatory changes. Maintain accurate records in Encompass. What We&aposre Looking For 4-5 years of mortgage processing experience (retail preferred). Experience with Conventional, FHA, and VA loans. Familiarity with Encompass. Strong understanding of compliance and loan guidelines. Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
