We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support real estate operations and financial analysis tasks while also managing internal systems and project workflows. This role requires someone who can take initiative, streamline processes, and provide accurate financial and real estate analysis to support decision-making.Key Responsibilities:
- Build and optimize internal systems, processes, and SOPs (primarily in Notion).
- Manage projects and tasks to ensure deadlines are consistently met (using tools such as ClickUp).
- Coordinate and manage real estate transactions.
- Provide financial analysis support, including:
- Creating financial models in Excel.
- Performing basic underwriting.
- Pulling market data.
- Preparing Comparative Market Analysis (CMAs).
- High attention to detail and accuracy (especially for financial and real estate tasks).
- Experience in project management and process development.
- Familiarity with financial modeling and real estate analysis (highly desirable).
- Proactive with strong follow-through and ability to drive projects forward.
- A college degree or MBA is highly regarded.
- Microsoft Office
- Go High Level (CRM/automation platform)
- Excel (for financial modeling, underwriting, bookkeeping, and tracking data)
- Notion
- ClickUp
- Part-Time (20 hours per week)
- 9 AM - 4 PM US Central Time (Graveyard Shift, Monday - Friday)
- Hourly Rate: $8-$10/hour
- Organized and process-driven.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Self-motivated with a growth mindset.
- Screenshot and productivity tracker required.
- Must work the assigned hours (Graveyard Shift - US Central Time).
