Description:About the Role:We are urgently hiring 90 Collections Representatives to join our growing team! In this role, you will handle outbound and inbound calls to remind customers of overdue payments, negotiate payment arrangements, and provide excellent customer service—all while ensuring compliance with company policies.If you have at least 1 year of collections experience, especially in a BPO setting, and you're ready to work onsite in a fast-paced voice account, we want to hear from you!Qualifications:At least 1 year of experience in collections (BPO experience preferred)Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skillsComfortable working in a shifting scheduleWilling to work onsiteAbility to handle a high-volume voice accountStrong interpersonal skills and professionalism under pressure
