JOB SUMMARY:The MIS Manager is responsible in preparation and implementation of dashboard, online payment processing, Navision, purchasing flow and system and control audit.KEY FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:BUSINESS SYSTEMS ANALYSISLead in system business analysis across all departmental systems such as Business Central, IFCA, ESettle, CAS, etc. Ensure existence and effectivity of system security protocol and disaster recovery process.Work with process owners to create actionable data science insights.Spearhead enhancements for better data collection to better serve the requirements of financial data users.TESTING AND IMPLEMENTATIONLead in system campaign implementation.Periodic evaluation of system performance and/or enhancements for corrective action when necessaryConduct post audit for implemented systems to determine achievement of end state.MAINTENANCE AND BUSINESS IMPROVEMENTSLead in improving process flow, including system enhancements and other related processes.Provides assessment of process and/or system concerns and translates them into enhancement opportunities when possible.BUSINESS IMPROVEMENTSDigitization. Automate manual processes.Establish and maintain updated MIS Policies and ProceduresTECHNICAL COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS: List down specific skills, knowledge and abilities required by the job

Knowledgeable in ERP System, Auditing, Business Intelligence, Analytical, Team player, Accuracy, Organization skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills

EDUCATION, TRAININGS, LICENSES REQUIRED:

Bachelors Degree in Accountancy / CPA
At least 3-5 years of related work experience in real estate, hospitality, high-rise and/or township developments
