The Corporate Accounting Manager is mainly responsible for overseeing all accounting activities to ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely financial reporting.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:ACCOUNTING AND FINANCIAL REPORTING:Present Financial Statements to the management with meaningful insights and analysisIdentify accounting related and financial reporting issues and recommend data driven solutionsBUDGETING AND FORECASTINGPresent budget to management and able to explain in detail the variances if anyCollaborate with department heads to develop and manage the annual budgetEffectively control expenditures through policy creationMonitor budget performance and provide recommendations to optimize financial resourcesApprove operating expenditure requirements and justificationsREGULATORY COMPLIACESecure annual permits and accreditation licenses from government agencies and research on latest developments in tax, permits and financial reportingEnsure timely reporting of annual financial statements and other regulatory requirements to comply with SEC and BIREnsure compliance on the monthly, quarterly, and annual filings of BIR returns using EFPS to comply with reportorial requirement of the BIROversee tax planning and compliance, working closely with legal tax advisors to minimize tax liabilitiesEnsure annual compliance to external auditors and timely release of audited financial statementsOversee tax audits and lead the team in necessary reconciliation to address the assessment of the examinerSYSTEMS PROFICIENCYCreate or update existing policies and procedures related to process improvement.Understand the full accounting and hotel business processes.INTERNAL CONTROL AND AUDITINGReview and analyze contracts and other third-party documents.Oversee the incorporation and set up of new entities.Address audit findings by creating or updating policies and procedures.Understand the company's internal controls and can strategize how can it help the team in processing transactions of the organizationJob Requirements:

Bachelors Degree in Accountancy
Must be a CPA
Professional license in Accountancy or any related finance certifications
At least 8 years of related work experience in public practice or private practice/corporate accounting.
