- Update expenses and upload receipts.
- Analyze revenue per salesperson.
- Conduct client complete details vs revenue analysis.
- Ensure client names match across all platforms.
- Review project overages.
- Handle vendor forms.
- Prepare end-of-day (EOD) reports.
- Update Salesforce with relevant data.
- Provide recommendations for process improvements.
- Assist and Analyze Spreadsheets:
- Perform manual data entry accurately.
- Review daily designer reports.
- Monitor retainer clients and client details.
- Coordinate internal client onsite/batches.
- Generate team utilization reports.
- Analyze Google Adwords campaigns.
- Conduct revenue analysis.
- Assist and Review our Time Tracking tool:
- Track hours and timesheets diligently.
- Ensure the accuracy of descriptions.
- Practice Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving:
- Apply analytical skills to resolve issues promptly.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency.
- Compliance and Administration:
- Adhere to all company protocols and procedures.
- Manage administrative tasks efficiently.
- Customer Service:
- Provide excellent customer service internally and externally.
