What you'll do Lead accounting and financial reporting for all regions Ensure financial controls, compliance, and audit readiness Audit payroll and other processes to ensure accuracy and compliance Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis Implement technology and AI tools to improve finance operations and efficiency Work closely with leadership on financial planning and strategic decisions Improve financial processes and reporting systems Minimum Qualifications What we're looking for Strong knowledge of financial reporting, compliance, and audits Experience auditing payroll and finance processes Tech-savvy and comfortable driving AI/tech solutions in finance Able to manage multiple stakeholders and report to CFO Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
