Sales Engineer

• Drive sales and achieve revenue & margin targets in assigned territories.
• Engage with consultants, contractors, and end-users to understand HVAC requirements.
• Prepare technical proposals, system designs, and value-engineered solutions.
• Track quotations, support OTM forecasts, and coordinate stock availability.
• Maintain and grow long-term customer relationships across commercial, retail, and industrial sectors.
• Guide application engineers in preparing selections, quotations, and after-sales support.
• Conduct technical presentations, project discussions, and solution pitches.
• Monitor sales pipeline, win/loss projects, and customer satisfaction metrics.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to refine strategies and forecasts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (applications, service, supply chain) for seamless execution.
• Maintain CRM (Salesforce) data and participate in regular governance and sales reviews.
• Stay updated on industry trends through training, workshops, and networking.
• Contribute to team initiatives and support business continuity efforts.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering.
• Atleast 3 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in HVAC, building systems, or related industries.
• Must be willing to work onsite and in Alabang Office.
• Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, load calculations, and design specifications.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to manage key accounts and build long-term client relationships.
• Strong planning, negotiation, and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
