Contact Management and Compliance Maintain accurate and up-to-date client contact information and communication history. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and contractual agreements. Prepare and present regular reports on client progress, sales forecasts, and key account performance. Market Research and Best Practices Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments that may impact client relationships.
