Maintaining of 5S standard in clinic
Filing and archiving of medical records, safe keeping of confidential medical records
Assisting company physician in reviewing of pre-employment medical result and annual physical exam (APE)
Inventory and monitoring of medicines, clinic tools and equipment
Generation, deployment and review of health-related SOPs & program
Ensure site compliance to all applicable Health and Safety standards and legal/regulatory requirements
Support development and review of occupational-health related SOPs, work instructions to meet customer specific requirements for a healthy and safe work environment for workers
Assess and ensure compliance of the work environment condition to the requirements for the healthy and safe work environment for workers.

Requirements

Registered Nurse license with a minimum of 2 years' experience as a Company Nurse or in a similar role
Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels
Problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to make informed decisions
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in using medical equipment and information management systems
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and occupational health and safety standards
